Connor Tomlinson’s mom & autism advocate 

Lise Smith is a passionate advocate for families navigating autism. She draws from her personal journey with her son Connor, featured on the Emmy-award-winning Netflix series Love on the Spectrum. As a mom and stepmom to six adult children (ages 20-28), Lise has experience balancing the dynamics of a blended family while supporting a child with unique needs. She encourages parents to seek out opportunities for their children to grow, face challenges, and build a bright future.

Dr. Linda LeBlanc is a licensed psychologist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She is the Executive Director of the Action Institute for Outcomes Research, where she works to make autism diagnostic support and early treatment more accessible to families who need it. She uses scientific research to improve the care families receive, making sure it is personalized and based on proven methods.
