Frequently Asked Questions?
What advice do you have for someone interested in working at Action Behavior Centers?
Action Behavior Centers is an employee-centric company that succeeds when we hire the right people. During an interview, not only do we want to see your love of children shine through, but we want to make sure you are going to be a strong teammate. Our best advice is to express 1.) why you want to work with children with Autism as your career 2.) How you have proven to be a strong team player in the past 3.) Your personality so we can get to know what your values are to make sure they align with our core values.
What are some benefits available to ABC employees?
What is the hiring process at ABC?
Behavior Therapists and RBTs can expect to chat with a Talent Advisor for 20-30 minutes in a video call. After the initial screen, candidates moving forward will attend an on-site interview where they will meet with the team and meet with some of our patients.
BCBAs and Operations teammates will follow the virtual screen with 2 other interviews – one being with the local team at the center and the other being with either regional clinical or operational leaders.
What if I want to work at a specific location?
Let your Talent Advisor know your location preferences in your initial phone screen. We will do our best to accommodate your top preferences, but we ask for flexibility as we hire based on business needs.
