BCBA Clinical Directors manage a caseload of up to three children to allow for a deeper clinical mentor focus. You’ll guide your center’s clinical programs, facilitate Family Guidance sessions, mentor Rising Star and BCBA teammates, help with complex clinical programming, and ensure high-quality training and compliance for the teammates you lead.

You're never on your own as a BCBA Clinical Director. Our council of clinical leaders, including Dr. Mintz, Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Hanley, and Dr. LeBlanc, offers mentorship, continuing education opportunities, and the support you need to grow with confidence. Our Authorizations team helps with teammate certifications, and our Clinical Quality Specialist team evaluates and continuously improves our clinical processes.
